PGAV Destinations staff members can be found throughout their local communities volunteering their time. Justin works with We Love St. Charles, helping individuals and families in the city that cannot meet certain physical, emotional, or financial needs on their own accord through community projects and outreach. Lindsey gave her time to the USGBC Missouri Gateway Chapter Community Project, as Indoor Environmental Quality Team Captain, analysing the viablity of certifying a local non-profit building un the LEED EBOM rating system. Ashley sings as a mezzo-soprano at St. Joan of Arc church, while Lydia volunteers with FOCUS Gateway City, providing action-oriented and sustainable solutions to poverty.
In education, Russell and Tony annually mentor college design students to help them review their portfolios and prepare to enter the work force, including schools like Webster University, Stephens College, Mizzou, Washington University, and the St. Louis chapter of AIGA, while Amanda assists as a guest speaker and review panelist at the Sam Fox School of Design. Russell also coaches a Jr. First Lego League team, a program aimed at introducing STEM education to elementary through high schoolers.

Osbert the penguin through The Organization for the Conservation of Penguins, helping
fund research and development for penguin colonies worldwide.
In the artistic community, Dave consistently acts on multiple stages for a variety of shows, including New Jewish Theater's smash hit "Old Jews Telling Jokes" and Insight Theatre Company's critically acclaimed production of "Death of a Salesman." Amanda organizes Second Tuesdays, a monthly storytelling get-together that generates funds for local nonprofits, while Maura recently created the Endangered Wolf Center's 250th Anniversary cake, as part of St. Louis's city-wide celebration "Cakeway to the West."
